ATL Partners (“ATL”), a premier sector-focused private equity firm investing in commercial aerospace, national security and transportation and logistics, today announced that Melissa Imperiale has joined the firm as Head of Investor Relations and Marketing. In this role, Ms. Imperiale will lead ATL’s investor relations, capital formation and marketing activities, including fundraising strategy, institutional investor engagement, and relationship management across the firm’s existing and prospective limited partners.

Ms. Imperiale brings nearly a decade of experience in private equity investor relations, fundraising and marketing. Prior to joining ATL, she served as a Vice President on the Investor Relations and Fundraising team at Lindsay Goldberg. Previously, she was a member of the Investor Relations team at Avista Healthcare Partners. Ms. Imperiale holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, with a major in Finance and a minor in Marketing from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
