Manassas, VA October 30, 2026 –(PR.com)– Cogensus, the world’s first multimodal care communication and legacy preservation healthcare platform, has partnered with the Ultimate Health Institute (UHI) to provide the newest technology to UHI students and staff. This affiliate partnership aims to assist UHI in better equipping nurses in providing better care to an aging world. Through this partnership, such training will allow nurses to render more impactful care for patients in environments such as hospitals, senior care, and end-of-life care.
Cogensus provides a next generation care communication platform, seeking to bring together providers, patients, and loved ones into a trusted and seamless ecosystem. It aims to improve care team communication and offer cognitive and emotional insights that may help providers better engage with their patients. Similarly, they offer patients and families a way to deepen their shared relationships and preserve legacy in real time.
The Ultimate Health Institute is a training institution based in Manassas, Va., providing accredited nursing programs, and allied health training. UHI’s goal is to work with hospitals to provide microcredential programs to address educational gaps in training. With six week, 60 hour online programs, the self-paced microcredential program aims to support current professionals to improve their skills in select areas.
Through the microcredential program at UHI, Cogensus will support Palleative and end of life care as well as geriatric care training.
“We are excited to partner with UHI on this amazing journey and look forward to growing together to better equip nurses and healthcare workers in the ever changing field of patient care” said Cogensus CEO Matthew Edgerton. “This partnership will better integrate the Cogensus platform and principles with every-day use cases that nurses face in their line of work. Nurses are there with patients in their most private and difficult moments. By bringing Cogensus into this impactful exchange, together we can create a better experience for loved ones today and in the future.”
“At Ultimate Health Institute, we believe that healthcare education should evolve alongside the needs of patients and the professionals who care for them.” said Ena Hull, President & CEO of Ultimate Health Institute. “Our partnership with Cogensus gives us an exciting opportunity to explore how technology can support more meaningful connections between patients, families, and care teams. We’re looking forward to bringing these innovative approaches into our Geriatric and Palliative Care microcredentials while keeping compassion and human connection at the center of everything we do.”
