KinderCare Learning Companies, Inc. (NYSE: KLC) (“KinderCare”), the nation’s leading provider of high-quality early childhood education and care, is honoring Military Family Appreciation Month by offering military families a free day of child care at KinderCare Learning Centers nationwide. Available now through Dec. 31, 2026, the offer recognizes the sacrifices military families make and reinforces KinderCare’s ongoing commitment to supporting those who serve our country.
For military families, finding dependable child care can be especially challenging. Frequent moves, deployments and time away from extended family can make it difficult to establish consistent routines and support systems. KinderCare helps families navigate these transitions by providing nurturing early learning environments where children can build friendships, develop confidence and continue learning and growing.
“Military families make incredible sacrifices in service to our country, and we want to recognize and thank them for their strength and all they do,” said Cheslee Escobedo, senior vice president of KinderCare Learning Companies. “We know how important reliable, high-quality child care is for families, especially those navigating the demands of military life. Through this offer, we hope more military families will experience the welcoming communities and dedicated teachers who make KinderCare special.”
Beyond this limited-time offer, KinderCare supports military families year-round through its partnership with Child Care Aware® of America, helping eligible active-duty service members access child care tuition assistance at KinderCare Learning Centers across the country. With a nationwide network of centers, KinderCare provides familiar learning experiences and consistent educational programs that can help children feel supported as their families transition to new communities.
KinderCare also offers a child care subsidy program to help eligible military and federal families access affordable child care when on-base care isn’t nearby or available. The program supports active-duty United States Armed Forces and Coast Guard members, as well as qualifying employees of the National Park Service, Customs and Border Protection and the General Services Administration.
